Professional Experience: Licensed in Oregon as a Real Estate Broker in 1996, and then as Principal Real Estate Broker in 2008. Prior to 1996 I was a real estate secretary for several years, and an escrow closing Officer.
Currently a member of the Rental Owner's Association of N.E. Oregon.
Education: GRI Designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRES Designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist), Associate Degree from Eastern Oregon College, and have attended seminars often each year for topics such as real estate law, finance, ethics, representation, water rights, land use, property management, fair housing, taxation, 1031 exchange, etc. Outside Interests: Family, faith, gardening, home décor & presentation, china painting, camping.
Personal Information: Married, have a son 22 years of age who is a Marine, two step children and 8 grandchildren!
