Pledge to Clients: Toni's pledge is to always serve her clients with attentiveness and integrity. She is an avid, passionate listener who will tailor her business strategy to each unique situation and can be counted on to deliver personalized service, honest communications and professional results.

Professional Experience: Toni began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in western Washington state in 1986. One of her first clients had a VA loan with a 16% interest rate and an equity deficit. It was a tough beginning but she managed to prosper and relocated to La Grande at the crest of the real estate bust in 2006. Battle tested and persistent, Toni will advocate for her client's best interests and rally to achieve a successful outcome for all involved in a transaction.

Education: Toni studied toward a political science degree at Pierce College. She is a graduate of the real estate institute, (GRI), and has an accredited buyer's representative, (ABR), certificate. Toni continues her education by attending relevant real estate classes each year to better inform her business practices and serve her clients with every advantage.

Outside Interests: When not listing or selling real estate, Toni can be found digging around in her garden, reading...(nerd alert, as a child she could often be found reading the dictionary), knitting, interacting with various barn critters, conjuring up party ideas for the "Supper Club" she enjoys with friends, practicing her grandmother skills on children of young friends and conversing with her daughters who live too far away. She also adores spending time with her husband, "Marvelous Mike" who shares with her his love of hunting, camping, and exploring the wilderness on horseback.

Personal Information: Toni easily empathizes with clients who are relocating as she was reared in an Army family and has lived in many states and abroad. She is adaptable to change and eager to take on challenges with curiosity and conviction. She enjoys writing and is currently developing a script for an opera she hopes to see in production one day. She and Mike are members of Grace Bible Church.
